We offer you accommodation in a newly build holiday apartment in Residence Kovárna which is in a close distance to a water reservoir, Relaxpark and a shopping centre in Pec pod Sněžkou. The location of Residence Kovárna, as well as its area and apartment amenities is perfect for a year-round holidays. Residence Kovárna is 200 meters far from a ski bus stop and 500 m from Cablecar to Sněžka mountain.
Apartment layout
The holiday apartment is spacious (76 m2) and can provide accomodation for 4 to 6 persons. Disposition of the apartment you can see in the picture below.
The apartment is located on the second floor in Residence Kovárna. The apartment is fully furnished with solid wood furniture and it has a gorgeous view of the reservoir area. The ground plan of the apartment features two separated bedrooms; one with a double bed, the other one with two separated beds, and a living room with a modern sofa bed which is connected with a kitchen and a dinette.
You can enter a wooden terrace from the both bedrooms where you can enhance your stay in fresh mountain air.
Apartment equipment and accessories
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven , a microwave and expresso machine.
The apartment of course provides high speed Wi-Fi internet connection and a TV. There is also a covered parking place in garages of Residence Kovárna and a single lockable cellar where you can store your ski or bicycles. The stay in the apartment is enhanced by a quiet, high speed elevator which can take you directly to the parking place.
